The PathWay® Model 4135 Single Channel DB9 A/B Switch provides A/B switching in a low profile desktop unit. Model 4135 network switch allows sharing a DB9 device connected to the COMMON port connector among two other devices connected to the A and B ports.

The Model 4135 network switch may be controlled locally by manually operating the front panel pushbutton or remotely using the remote port on the rear of the unit. The Remote port allows the user to control the position using TTL signaling or using a remote toggle switch (ESL Cable P/N 986479) connected to the DB9 female interface Remote port located on the rear of the unit. The front panel LED display indicates the switch position and unit power status. All connectors are switched simultaneously for a total of 9 pins switched.

Model 4135 DB9 AB Switch Features:
1) Switches DB9 connector interface via front panel pushbutton, or via Remote port.
2) Remote port accepts either TTL signaling or contact closure.
3) REMOTE port overrides pushbutton activity.
4) Front panel pushbutton control for A/B switch function when Remote cable is not plugged in.
5) LED indicators display switch position and power status.
6) All 9 pins are switched.
7) A, B, COMMON, and REMOTE ports are DB9 female.
8) Desktop enclosure: 7.9" W x 2.1" H x 7.25" D
