The trekking to Everest Base Camp is one of the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayas and is visited by thousands of trekkers each year. This two weeks treks to Everest base camp takes you to the land of Sherpas with following the footsteps of Tenzing Hillary, Tilman and other pioneers of the Himalayas. The Everest Trekking has been calling out to trekkers and climbers since its first expeditions to the Nepalese side of Everest in the 1953 after that the trails that climb through the foothills of the world’s highest mountain still offer some of the most challenging trekking in Nepal

The trekking to Everest base camp has been extensively developed for trekking with well maintained trails and plenty of guest houses. Solukhumbu is homeland for the Sherpa people who gain the good reputation for their skills for trekking and climbing to the mountains. The Buddhist monuments of the Sherpas-Stupas Chortens and the Gompas (monasteries) mirror the towering landscape all around and the Sagarmath Nationalal parks is rich with flora and fauna, rare species, such as the snow leopard and the lesser panda.

To start the trek we will fly to Lukla a tiny airstrip from Kathmandu, from here the trails goes though Phakding and follow the Dudh koshi valley with the climbing up to Namche Bazaar a busting town of Sherpa People,. All day, we pass villages interspersed with magnificent forest- rhododendron, waterfalls, magnolia trees and giant firs. The train heads to Tengboche from Namche, the trail rises through meadows where graze yak. After we reach the sandy plain of Gorakshep, Then we climb up amongst large boulders to the broad summit of Kalapathar (5,545m) one of the Mountain View point on the earth, including many high Himalayas views with Mt Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse including the fantastic views of the south west face of the colossal Mt. Everest . From here we will trek down to Everest Base Camp at the foot of the Khumbu ice fall, Everest Base Camp Trek will end at Lukla and fly out to Kathmandu.
