We have been doing custom made iron castings for the aluminum transformation industry for 30 years. We do a wide variety of siphons, from small, straight, 100 lbs siphons to holder siphons that can weight more than 3000 lbs while still maintaining a very high level of concentricity.

Most parts we do are made to specifications and will require the client to buy a pattern, although we possess patterns for dross pans, so we can supply them in different sizes.

We have also developed a new technology to produce iron parts without parts. Nopatech uses the advance in robotics and software technologies to machine sand mould directly, eliminating the need for pattern fabrication. We hence save weeks in lead time and between 30% and 80% of cost.
