Level Two Coaching Course
32 hours, examinable

This course is intended for serious coaches of 11-a-side teams who have an active coaching record and a commitment to coaching. It concentrates on detailed planning and evaluation, understanding and using the principles of biomechanics to coach, analyse and improve skills, and demonstrating an understanding of the coaching process and effective team coaching, including game tactics.

Duration: 35 hours
Venue: Auckland Cricket High Performance Centre, Eden Park
Max no. of participants per course: 16
Course tutors: Accredited NZ Cricket Coach Educators and sports generic specialists
Cost: $160
Exam components: Skills Demonstration, Fault Analysis and Correction assessment, Oral presentation, Workbook

Applicants should be:
1. Active coaches coaching youth or senior cricket
2. Have held a NZC Level One coaching certificate for at least one year
3. Be over 18

Auckland Cricket holds one Level Two course a year.
