Details

The ZF model is a hydraulic press designed to process many forming operations including drawing, coining and stamping. The frame modules are assembled with four hydraulically prestressed tie rods for a very rigid press frame with minimal deflection. A specially designed prisma guiding system between the ram and the frame gives this model significant off-center loading capabilities.

Superior access to the tooling area is available from all four sides, a great advantage when configuring the press with a tool clamping system and press automation equipment.
The ZF has a modular design and can be provided with only one slide or fully equipped with a die cushion and ejector. A fully integrated safety system provides the greatest possible safety and personal protection. A wide range of press forces and press bed sizes are available. The ZF is especially well suited for manufacturing wide parts.

Various control systems are available. They are very user friendly and provide many useful functions which help to increase your productivity.
