Details

Model HMD is a hydraulic press equipped with a pressure dome and an oil-supported diaphragm. It is a four-column press with a strong solid plate frame. The forming dome, including the oil and diaphragm, is attached to a long stroke, pre-forming, guided slide. The main draw cylinder for the forming operation presses from below towards the diaphragm and the dome pressure forms the part.

The machine includes an efficient, low energy hydraulic system with variable axial piston pumps and proportional valves. HMD is operated by a freely programmable control system
with the ability to regulate press force and forming pressure, execute positioning tasks and control speed and time settings. The press is equipped with a service platform at the top of the machine. Press force 9 200 - 40 000 kN.
