Hydraulic Deep-draw Press «LPS» specially designed to perform advanced deep drawing operations and hydromechanical forming. Can produce deep drawn parts in one single cycle. Press force 1 250 - 6 300 kN.

The LPS press is specially designed to perform deep drawing
operations, from conventional to advanced tasks. The press
is also ideally suited for hydroforming with a pressure dome.

The LPS can produce multi operation parts very efficiently
in one single press cycle due to the unique combination of
advanced hydraulics and a highly flexible control system. This
means faster production flow as well eliminating the storage
of parts between operations.

The press frame is a four-column design and is equipped
with an eight-sided guiding system between the slide and
the frame.

The standard LPS is equipped with three (3) double acting
cylinders. It is also possible to add a fourth cylinder. These
four cylinders can be programmed to work independently
with regard to speed, stroke length and force in any sequence.
This feature makes it possible to use infinitely adjustable blank
holder force and to create reverse draw and redraw operations.

There are different types of control systems available for
the LPS press. All have a very user friendly design. The
production change-over time is minimized by quick recall
of stored tool data. Some of the systems can be delivered
with a force vs. distance graph as an option which allows
the operator to analyze and optimize the press sequence.
