The PathWay® Model 7349 Dual-Channel CAT 5e RJ45 A/B/OFFLINE network switch with 10 BASE-T LAN Access, provides a powerful tool to manage switching requirements. Each of the two channels allows the user the capability of sharing a single port RJ45 interface device connected to the COMMON port among two other devices connected to the A and B ports with local and remote access functionality. Remote access can be accomplished by a 10 BASE-T/100 BASE-Tx connection.

Proper authentication is required for remote access via the 10 Base-T/100 Base-Tx connection. Depending on assigned user privileges, users can be assigned rights to monitor status, control switch functions, setup users, schedule future switching and configuring the LAN Access port.

Features:

Each of the two channels allows the capability of sharing a single port RJ45 interface device connected to the COMMON port among two other devices connected to the A and B ports with local and remote access functionality.

Switch ports are transparent to data.
Channels are switched individually.
All (8) pins of the RJ45 interface are switched.
All switched signals are passed via copper contact relays that maintain their position and continuity even in event of power loss.
Remote control of the channel position from a 10 BASE-T / 100 BASE-TX
LAN Ethernet environment or alternately, the front panel pushbutton.
Remote control allows the user to schedule unit to change position at a given date and time.
