The Shox-Box is transforming the Indoor Rower. Consisting of a front and rear Shox-Box, the Shox-Box system moves the indoor rowing machine vertically and laterally. With this movement, the Shox-Box system gives the Erg a "real-water" feel while reducing the tightness and pressure on your back, buttocks, knees, neck, shoulders and more.

The Shox-Box system is tuned to feel like you are rowing in a single.

Using the roll and pitch feedback of the Shox-Box system, you can focus on smoothing out your stroke and identify rowing problems such as uneven foot pressure. And now that the Shox-Box system provides the Erg with the 'float of a boat', you have to maintain balance from the catch to the release and back on every stroke.

The Shox-Box does not allow you to get mentally lazy during a workout.

The Shox-Box also enhances your strength training by allowing you to vary your erg workouts. Use the rear box only to focus the workout on your legs, use the front box to focus on hips/hip flexors, or use both boxes to get a better workout on your core and obliques.

For a more realistic row, a better workout, and less stress on your body. Row the Shox-Box.
