Details

Synthol is a site enhancement oil that bodybuilders and weightlifters are using for quick

and massive gains that are almost instantly noticeable. It's the newest trend that has

gotten aot of controversy.
The Misconceptions about Synthol abound in the popular media, and they are quite popular in

the bodybuilding circle as well. Images of deformed humans who abuse the synthol products

flood the internet.Less informed athletes begin to assume this to be the "typical users".

The fact is, Synthol products like Synthobolic are commonly used by male models and

Professional level bodybuilders. This articles aims to dispel some of the more common myths

about Synthol.

Myth: Synthol is a steroid.
Fact: Synthol is not a steroid, it a formula of neutral lipids and benzyl alcohol

(sterilising agent)

Myth: Synthol remains in the muscle for 3 to 5 years.
Fact: Synthol has a half life of approximately 3 weeks in the muscle, and after 6-7 weeks,

Synthol would be almost completely absorbed by the body.

Myth: Synthol gains are not permanent.
Fact: When Synthol is used (in moderate amounts eg. up to a maximum of 3mL per day) with a

proper training regimen, the gains obtained are permanent. Synthol stretches the muscle

fascia, allowing for greater muscle tissue growth.

Myth: Synthol should only be used by advanced/professional bodybuilders.
Fact: Synthol results are more dramatic on less trained individuals. There is no reason why

people new to bodybuilding cannot use Synthol.

Myth: Synthol will cause muscles to look like "bags of oil"
Fact: If used to excess, yes, it will cause muscles to look smooth and if abused it will

cause the muscle to look like a "bag of oil". However, these are the extreme examples. Used

in moderation, Synthol will assist in accelerating normal muscle growth.

Myth: Synthol is dangerous.
Fact: Used properly Synthol is quite safe. It produces dramatic steroid-like results

without interfering with hormones. However care need to be taken when injecting, as

injection into a vein could have serious consequences.

Stretching has been found to release insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) (IGF-1 is a

potent growth factor for skeletal muscle growth). As Synthol also stretches the muscle

fibers, this is another mechanism by which Synthol induces muscle growth. Interestingly

collagen was also found to cause 2-5 times more IGF to be released, enhancing total muscle

growth. This may explain why "Synthobolic" the only SEO with added collagen is so popular

in the bodybuilding community.

Collagen and Stretch Modulate Autocrine Secretion of Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 and

Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Proteins from Differentiated Skeletal Muscle Cells
Carmen E. Perrone(§), Daniela Fenwick-Smith and Herman H. Vandenburgh

Stretch-induced skeletal muscle growth may involve increased autocrine secretion of

insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) since IGF-1 is a potent growth factor for skeletal

muscle hypertrophy, and stretch elevates IGF-1 mRNA levels in vivo. In tissue cultures of

differentiated avian pectoralis skeletal muscle cells, nanomolar concentrations of

exogenous IGF-1 stimulated growth in mechanically stretched but not static cultures. These

cultures released up to 100 pg of endogenously produced IGF-1/µg of protein/day, as well as

three major IGF binding proteins of 31, 36, and 43 kilodaltons (kDa). IGF-1 was secreted

from both myofibers and fibroblasts coexisting in the muscle cultures. Repe***ive

stretch/relaxation of the differentiated skeletal muscle cells stimulated the acute release

of IGF-1 during the first 4 h after initiating mechanical activity, but caused no increase

in the long-term secretion over 24-72 h of IGF-1, or its binding proteins. Varying the

intensity and frequency of stretch had no effect on the long-term efflux of IGF-1. In

contrast to stretch, embedding the differentiated muscle cells in a three-dimensional

collagen (Type I) matrix resulted in a 2-5-fold increase in long-term IGF-1 efflux over 24

-72 h. Collagen also caused a 2-5-fold increase in the release of the IGF binding proteins.

Thus, both the extracellular matrix protein type I collagen and stretch stimulate the

autocrine secretion of IGF-1, but with different time kinetics. This endogenously produced

growth factor may be important for the growth response of skeletal myofibers to both types

of external stimuli.

A common misconception is that Synthol remains in the muscle tissue for years. This is not

true.

A study published in the International Journal of Pharmaceutics 169 (1998) 121–126 titled

Intramuscular rate of disappearance of oily vehicles in rabbits investigated by gamma-

scintigraphy, examined the clearance rate of oil injected into muscle tissue.

Results are below:

This would suggest that Synthol

would have a half life of approximately 3 weeks in the muscle, and after 6-7 weeks, the

Synthol would be completely absorbed by the body.

Scientific research is finding that loaded stretching can lead to hypertrophy (increase of

muscle fibre size) and hyperplasia (growth of new fibres via splitting/ satellite cells).

This is of particular interest to those who use Synthol as it acts as a permanent stretch

on the muscle tissue.

The following are abstracts from Scientific Journals on the topic.
Progressive stretch overload of skeletal muscle results in hypertrophy before hyperplasia.

Intermittent stretch of the anterior latissimus dorsi (ALD) muscle produces fiber

hypertrophy without fiber hyperplasia .This study was undertaken to determine if a progressive increase in load and duration of

stretch would induce extremely large muscle fiber areas or if the fibers would reach a

critical size before the onset of fiber hyperplasia. Muscle mass increased 174% (12 days), 196% (16 days), 225% (20 days), 264% (24 days), and

318% (28 days).

Muscle length increased 60% (12 days), 34% (16 days), 59% (20 days), 50% (24 days), and 51%

(28 days). Mean fiber area increased 111% (12 days), 142% (16 days), 75% (20 days), 90% (24

days), and 39% (28 days).

Direct counts of muscle fibers using nitric acid digestion techniques have shown that both

exercise and stretch overload result in significant increases (range = 9-52%) in fiber

number. Indirect fiber counts using histological cross-sections have suggested fiber

hyperplasia (range = 10-82%) in all three models.

Additionally, the expression of embryonic myosin isoforms have provided indirect evidence

for new fiber formation in stretch overloaded muscle. Furthermore, satellite cells have

been shown to be involved in muscle fiber hyperplasia in stretch and exercise.

In Summary, Science clearly proves:
#1 If used correctly Synthobolic Site Enhancement Oils are Safe.
#2) If used correctly and responsibly, the result will be amazing
#3) There are legitimate health benefits and Synthobolic Can in fact improve strength in a

particular Muscle. Study prepared and coordinated by Muscle Labs USA.
