Details

Oil-type centrifuge device’s working principle is simple and effective.
In its internal, there is a rotor with dual-spray nozzle. The rotor is drove by the oil pressure. After the start of the machine, the oil is pumped to the rotor. When the rotor is filled with oil, the oil is spayed out from the nozzle of the rotor. It drive the rotor go round in high speed. Its speed can reach 4000-6000r.pm. The power it generated is more than 2000 times of the gravity. It directly removes the impurities and water out of the oil by centrifugal force. The impurities are stored in the tray inside the rotor, while the purified oil flow back to the oil tank. You just need to wash the tray. Even the 1μm impurities can be removed.
There are two types：
FX-5 type capacity：1.3m³/H， FX-10 type capacity：4.5m³/H
