Bauhu prefabricated, modular self build kit home 100 m2.Our steel frame buildings offer an extremely cost effective, fast and flexible building system with attractive designs to blend into local environments and suit most budgets. These buildings are manufactured and finished to individual customer requirements and range in price from 550 Euros per M2 to around 750 Euros per M2 depending on specification.

If you have a particular requirement for a commercial building or non standard house design we can build to order. We can offer home automation, low energy LED lighting, solar powered water heating, photovoltaic energy generating equipment, and security equipment options to meet your requirements.

Our prefabricated and steel framed buildings are designed to be erected on a standard concrete base which is the responsibility of the purchaser. The building is supplied in component format and is delivered to your site by truck.

We can provide a full or managed installation service. When you purchase a building you will receive all of the components required for the complete installation of the house. You can choose to erect the building yourself (self build) with the help of our comprehensive instructions or we can carry out the installation at additional cost. Depending on the model and the location of the site this installation service will cost between 140 and 200 Euros per square meter (in Europe). Alternatively you can choose to participate in the build process by undertaking certain parts of the install yourself in order to keep costs within your budget.

Prefabricated buildings can be shipped anywhere in the world in standard sized shipping containers. The manufacturing process requires a short delay of around 3 weeks before a building is ready to be delivered.
