The GUARDUS MES Quality Management suite provides comprehensive functionality for the integrated collection of product and process data along the entire value chain. Inspection quality testing is present in various manufacturing processes and runs in a continuous cycle. From procurement to production (in-process controls) to outgoing inspections including measurement equipment and quality audits, tests are done to ensure the best quality possible.

A particular advantage of the closed control loops can be seen in the traceability. For example, in supply chain management and integrated operations management, a central information platform throughout the entire process electronically monitors all actions and their progress through every step.

Another key component of GUARDUS MES Quality Management is the smooth integration of production and machine data, and the connection of business systems. This continuous data flow ensures that machine data (process parameters) and the quality of measurements are received automatically, evaluated and made ready for further reporting.
