This series of exposing unit is capable of exposing steel plates and polymer plates. Here are some characteristics:

Instruction:

Solar plate is made up of three layers:

A steel or plastic backing plate
A light sensitive polymer that will form the empression, this is the layer that hardens where it is exposed to UV light.
A cover film. This protects the plate and is removed before exposure.
The exposure time is different according to environment and operational way, mainly around 3 minutes is OK.
