The QuickSwitch Model 6259R is a RoHS Compliant 16-Channel ST Simplex Fiber Optic A/B/OFFLINE Switch that allows devices connected to the COMMON port of each channel access to the A or B port on each of its 16 channels.

The QuickSwitch® 6259R 16-Channel Fiber Optic ST Simplex A/B/Off-Line Switch allows devices connected to COMMON port of each channel access to the A or B port on each channel. All channels are switched simultaneously. The QuickSwitch® 6259R Fiber Optic switch is enclosed in a standard 2U rackmount casing. This 16-channel switch may be controlled locally by manually operating the front panel pushbutton. The front panel LED display indicates all of the switch positions and unit power status.

APPLICATION: The diagram illustrates a 16 channel A/B/OFFLINE fiber optic switch with an offline position and no remote control access. All channels are switched simultaneously.

Upon loss of power the switch goes to the OFFLINE position an no data is passed.
