Rachel Deitsch is an artist, illustrator and designer based in Los Angeles, CA. New Word Ketbubah (newworldweddings.com) was launched to showcase Rachel’s contemporary collection of vibrantly colored one-of-a-kind ketubah prints. The website has since expanded to include stationary, ceramics, jewelry and children’s art, featuring the work of local guest artists and designers.
‘Color Field’ is a newly released ketubah showcasing a bold, yet subtle, painterly style, featuring a field of flowers in a field of color. “It’s open and fluid in a totally new way,” Rachel describes. “When I think about marriage and how you have to open yourself up and trust a process, this piece feels even more connected to me. I have been married almost three years now and a parent for two and every day I am learning to trust and open in ways I never imagined.”
