GFS BioProtect BPOSR can be used to pre-treat the containment booms and absorbents to expedite the breakdown of the oil viscosity for easier clean up.
As our product is biodegradable and non-toxic, it has been proven to safely clean the oil from wildlife quickly without harm to the animal by spraying on versus washing which is more stressful to the creature.

Our method does not involve the use of secondary stimulants (SDS) such as fertilizers, polysaccharides or molasses. The biosurfacants in GFS BioProtect BPOSR are proven to be superior to SDS, but in contrast, our product is completely non-toxic. They have a long shelf life and are in a liquid form so they can be sprayed over large areas to deliver accelerated safe oil clean-up.
