The Canon imageRUNNER Advance C2020i employs an interactive, high resolution 5.7 inch VGA full colour touch-screen with user-friendly icons making operation ever so easy. Users can adjust the number of buttons on screen and even the screen wallpaper, with a choice of 8 backgrounds to suit any office environment.

Double sided scanning enables users to quickly and effortlessly scan to a multitude of destinations such as email, ftp, and shared folders. Integration into systems like Microsoft, SharePoint, Abobe, and Canon’s powerful range of software solutions provides your business with the most efficient electronic document processes attainable - far more efficient than using slower paper-based workflows. The Canon C2020i can also access the functionality of higher end imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems, for example address books, acting as clients in a server-client relationship

A number of tools allow you to tighten cost controls, for example by limiting device access to certain functions. And a portfolio of features help protect documents throughout their lifecycle, such as secure watermark, HDD removal, data encryption & device authentication.
