Hermetic Automatic Door
A brand new automatic door model designed after 3 years of development by KBB Group. Able to completely cut off internal and external air circulation and noise, making it extremely suitable for hospitals, research institutions, recording studios, clean workshops and any other areas where noise or air separation is required.
Function:
1, Radiation protection processing
Hermetic door consists of door frames adoption of aluminum alloy, aluminum surface spray and a polyurethane composition. If a radiation protection function needs to be incorporated, KBB will place 2 plates of lead in the foam layer of the frame and replace the observation window with radiation protected glass, allowing KH1000 to be used in radioactive locations.
2, Air-tight seal
Using seal on all sides of the door leaf to fill the gaps between the door and the frame achieving a dust proof seal.
After reaching the closed position, the door leaf will move inwards and downwards an additional 5mm to ensure a closed gap between the door leaf and the frame for an airtight seal.

•Specially designed V shaped concave track and load bearing gyro design, guaranteeing an all out smooth appearance, steady operation and minimal startup noise.
•Self lubricating gyro wheel materials and a dust proof design making KH1000 simple and convenient.
•Assisting startup springs allowing the door to open easier, faster and quieter increasing the systems reliability.
•High quality wear resistant belt drives ensuring minimum wear and tear on the belt while reducing noise.
•Adopting a 32 bit ARM main control chip with a direct frequency of over 66M with operation speeds well exceeding normal sliding doors 8 bit chips. With electrical control using PID algorithms allowing the door to move smoother and safer, realizing more convenient debugging and hand writing functions along with easier upgrading.
•Adopting a power handle for manual operation. With the assistance of opening springs and a pulling force of under 150N, the door can be opened with ease.
•Special rubber compound closing seal. Due to ingenious design, the soft and supple seal has excellent temperature handling abilities for excellent durability.
•Various protection devices and guards to allow complete customer peace of mind
Using polyurethane foam technology to achieve excellent sound insulation.
