25 Year Warranty

Southern Elegance Inc, backs the quality and craftsmanship of their handcrafted bamboo furniture with a 25 year manufacturers warranty. Should this furniture fail because of defective workmanship during the first 25 years of the original owner, we will repair or replace it.

Normal wear, misuse, commercial use, and seasonal splits, checks, and movement are not included.

Shipping Amish Bamboo Furniture

Our Bamboo Furniture is handcrafted after your order is placed. Normally this takes about 4-6 weeks to complete. Often the furniture can be ready more quickly than that, but it is not guaranteed. If you have ordered customizations then the timeframe for completion could be longer.

Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks following that. Our made furniture is shipped with carefully selected companies that we have worked with over the years. These companies score high on their customer service and their care of the fine furniture they handle. They either blanket-wrap the furniture or shrink wrap and box it. In either case, the furniture is fully protected and insured.

Most of our furniture is shipped by PackShip USA, a small company that specializes in shipping furniture. Other shippers include small, independent companies that we've grown to know and trust to handle our furniture over the years.

Please read the shipping information on our Terms & Conditions page for details on the delivery of our solid wood furniture. Our standard delivery is “curbside", meaning the driver isn't responsible to take the furniture into your home. Generally there is only one driver, and he will require your help unloading your furniture.

Each piece is inspected before it leaves the shop! Each piece of furniture is carefully inspected throughout the production process and just prior to shipping.
