treatment of new medical conditions that arise after you join. It does not cover you for
treatment of medical conditions that existed, or you had symptoms of before joining.

• out-patient surgical procedures

• out-patient medical practitioner charges, consultations, diagnostic tests, physiotherapy and complementary practitioner charges
