ConTect ™ System :

The CPB5000 utilises a unique, patented piston/cylinder system, the ConTect™.

The ConTect™ protects the piston/cylinder in a housing so that changing ranges does not require any tools (up to 1000bar) or even physically touching the piston/cylinder, preventing any contamination or damage.

Manufactured from Tungsten Carbide, the piston/cylinder has very small thermal and pressure coefficients compared to other materials often used. As a result of this, the overall performance and long term stability is significantly enhanced.


CPU5000 - Calibration Interface Unit

The CPU5000 offers real-time measurements of local changes in environmental conditions to facilitate immediate True Pressure calculations.

Pressure can be displayed in a variety of corrected units meaning that multiple mass sets are not required.

Programmable to either prompt the masses required for a desired pressure or to enter the target pressure and read back the required mass values before loading

So flexible is the CPU 5000 that it can also be specified for use with any proprietary Dead Weight Tester and can be directly linked to a PC for data transfer.
