A Value Kit combines the Stand Alone Model 1012/5 with the most popular options for maximum effectiveness in performance, sound reduction and dust control….all at a substantial savings! While this represents our “BEST VALUE”, SEM offers other Model 1012 solutions that may better fit your needs…..just ask us and we’ll customize a solution for you. All SEM VK Disintegrators come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. SEM warrantees the “Disintegrator” against defective parts and workmanship for the life of the unit. Labor and Parts that are damaged due normal usage are not covered. SOLID STEEL ROTORS with 5/8” thick Knives and 10 Hold Down Bolts per knife…..Generates greater “Rotational, Inertia” resulting in more durable cutting system with increased cutting power to handle more dense and larger volumes of material. MX STEEL SOUND ENCLOSURE with “fire retardant” mineral wool insulation between 2” thick steel panels for maximum sound and dust control. View Window to visually inspect system and waste collection while system is operating, organized electrical wiring in an internal Junction Box for added safety. J-Box also includes 100 W Industrial Light to assist in maintaining the system and changing waste collection. All-in-One Start /Stop Button consol on outside of system for easy user operation. Gasket Sealed Feed Door and Integrated Feed Curtains for improved sound and dust control as well as user safety. Air Collection system is integrated / mounted with industrial brackets, inside enclosure. SEM coined the term disintegrator over 40 years ago. When used with the proper waste sizing screen, all SEM disintegrators meet the requirements of: NSA/CSS 02-02 for the destruction of paper, NSA/CSS 04-02 for the destruction of optical media, NSA/CSS 04-01 for the destruction of key tape.
