This configuration is capable of separating, folding, and sealing continuous pressure seal forms in-line. Each unit has six pre-programmed fold types with the ability to store up to three custom folds into memory, and has the flexibility to process forms up to 20" in length. Fold plates and conveyor stacker wheels are set at the touch of a button, providing efficiency and ease of use. The high-capacity 31" output stacker is a standard feature and offers neat, sequential stacking of forms. An optional slitter kit is available for two-up applications such as double postcards. These and other features combine to make the FD 2094 powerful and efficient solutions for automating and processing checks, invoices, PIN notices, tax forms, marketing collateral or any other mid-volume mailings that are produced on a one-piece pressure sensitive mailer. The FD 2094 can handle a variety of documents up to 12” wide and 20” long, including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms, appointment notices, PIN notices and a variety of direct marketing possibilities. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application that can be printed on one form. An optional center slitter & two-up form kit is available for applications such as double postcards. The AutoSeal FD 2094 combined with a laser printer and pressure seal forms, creates a secure, time saving and efficient solution for paper processing. The FD 2094 deliver state-of-the-art automated features to make job changes quick and accurate. A variety of different jobs can be programmed and stored into memory. Fold plate adjustments and other functions are completely automated for one-touch operation. The FD 2094 bottom air-feed system and 31” sequential stacker allow for uninterrupted loading and unloading of forms. The FD 2094 is equipped with interlocks for fault detection and safety, variable speed control, plus batch and resettable counters.
