The FD 1500 AutoSeal is the low volume pressure seal solution for processing one-piece pressure sensitive mailers. Built with proven Formax technology, the FD 1500 provides an economical solution with the quality and reliability you have come to expect from Formax. The sleek office design and ease of operation make this unit ideal for processing documents in an office environment with low volume applications. A processing speed of up to 85 forms per minute enables operators to complete daily processing jobs in minutes. The added capability of processing 14" forms gives the FD 1500 the versatility needed to fold and seal virtually any low volume application to meet your needs. The FD 1500 handles a variety of even panel forms up to 8 1/2” x 14” including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application that can be printed on one form. The extended fold plate processes uneven panel forms up to 8 1/2” x 14”. The FD 1500 is built with proven Formax technology. Heavy-duty steel construction offers the dependability and power expected of a larger unit in a smaller package. A processing speed of up to 85 forms per minute enables an operator to complete daily jobs in no time. The AutoSeal® FD 1500, combined with a laser printer and pressure seal forms, creates a secure, time saving and efficient solution for paper processing. The FD 1500 is designed for user friendly operation. Simply set your folds according to the clearly marked settings on the fold plates, load your forms using the drop-in feed system, press start and you’re on your way. The FD 1500 has LED indicators for power on, fault detection, paper out and cover open. It also includes a six-digit counter for audit control. Options: 18" Conveyor wi Photo Eye: Allows for neat and sequential stacking, Locking Cabinet: Fully enclosed for storage, 402 Series Jogger: Reduces static electricity and aligns forms for proper feeding, FD 1500-35 Reverse Stacking Conveyor: Allows for A-to-Z input and A-to-Z output. Hopper Capacity: Up to 150 sheets 24# (90gsm).
