Flare-up Disorder Monitoring is a standalone Gnumeric spreadsheet that is easy to use and well documented. It allows for the evaluation of a vast number of existing conditions in the home, the workplace and in the environment which can have an
impact on someone's health. The user first determines how he/she felt during the day for which data on conditions is being recorded. The categories are Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor and Ill. By responding to questions and listing other information (e.g. Food,
beverage, dietary supplement and medication intake, etc.) by the way one felt at the end
of a given day, a user recorded record is established which lends itself to both
comparative analysis and to trend analysis, whether good or bad. This application is
also ideal for those who track or would like to track blood glucose levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and dialysis and renal functions. Each of the five categories has entries for 20 different days and can be overwritten when completed, which will allow an active database of 100 days for monitoring. This product is priced at $29.95. It is the second product in the triumvirate "The Holistic Health Series". It like the first product, also a Gnumeric spreadsheet, complies with open source GNU GPL specifications. As such, a user has the opportunity and the right to make whatever changes he/she deems necessary for personal use while using this unprotected workbook.
