Details

The PGS27110341412 broadband power amplifier employs GaN technology to provide 12 watts of saturated power from 27-1000 MHz. This high efficiency amplifier finds applications in communications, jamming, as well as test and measurement. Operational from a wide range 24-32 volt DC supply, it incorporates features including blanking, forward and reverse sampling couplers, and an integrated receive path and T/R switch.
