Destroys hard drives, optical media and assorted electronic devices. When it comes to the fast, safe, easy destruction of hard drives, nothing outperforms the Jackhammer from SEM. This slow speed, high torque shredder uses specially designed saw tooth hook cutters to chew up to 25 hard drives in a minute. It's clean, quiet, vibration free, and has a small footprint. It is also mounted on casters you can literally use it anywhere. The Jackhammer is also ideal for cell phones, BlackBerry's, optical media, memory sticks and similar electronic storage devices. A convenient discharge conveyor deposits waste into dumpsters or barrels. Feed Opening: 10.75" x 2.5" (maximum thickness of media to be destroyed 2.0").
