"SPS" (Safety Protection System) package: electronically controlled, transparent safety shield in the feed opening; "Easy Switch" control element uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate operational status; automatic stop when shred bag is full or when cabinet door is opened; automatic reverse and stop in case of paper jam; double protection against overheating. The DestroyIt SMC High Security Shredders feature a "SPS" (Safety Protection System) package with an electronically controlled, transparent safety shield in the feed opening. These shredders also include an "Easy Switch" control element that uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate operational status. The SMS series will automatically stop when your shred bag is full or when the cabinet door is opened. These machines also have an automatic reverse and stop in case of paper jams.
