Model 930849 Telephone and Telecom Test Kit was designed for field service technicians. This high-quality test kit includes a complete selection of telephone and telecom patch cables that are compatible with all standard telephone systems, Sprint/Nextel systems, data and voice test equipment and patch and interconnect devices. These cables feature nickel phone plugs and high-flex PVC jackets.

All of the cables are of the highest quality and manufactured in the USA. Custom designed cables utilizing these standard connectors are also available. This test set has been supplied to Telco Field Technicians Worldwide.

Test Kit contains 13 telco test cables designed to facilitate test and access of high speed data interfaces. All telco cables are packaged in a handy Test Kit Carry Case for maximum protection. The test kit includes an information manual delineating each cable configuration. Custom-designed cables and custom-content kits are available to suit specific needs.

Catalog # 930840-006 (2 each) Bantam Plug/Bantam Plug:
Two miniature 3-conductor nickel phone plugs, connected by shielded paired cable having a high-flex PVC jacket. The standard length is 6 feet. Custom lengths are available upon request.

A miniature 3-conductor nickel phone plug connected to two piercing alligator clips having one red and one black vinyl boot. The cable is 26 AWG, shielded, twisted pair with high-flex PVC jacket. The standard length is 6 feet.

Paired: Pins 1 & 9 to TX Tip & ring, pins 3 & 11 to RX Tip and Ring. Standard length is 6 feet. The TX plug is RED, the RX plug is BLACK.

An RJ48 plug with molded grip connected to two miniature 3-conductor nickel phone plugs. The cable is 26 AWG, shielded twisted pair with high-flex PVC jacket. Paired: Pins 5 & 4 to TX Tip & Ring, pins 2 & 1 to RX Tip & Ring. Standard length is 6 feet. The TX plug is RED, the RX plug is black.

Catalog # 930848 (1 each) Test Kit Carry Case:
A convenient carry case for the test leads. Size is 8" x 11" x 3". Provides protection for the cables and connectors. This zippered case provides a separator and an outside pocket provides compartments for manuals.

Custom cable lengths are available. The cable lengths indicated are the Test Kit standards. However, any of the cables may be ordered individually and at custom lengths. To order a custom length cable, use the same 6-digit portion of the catalog number and change the three-digit portion to indicate the length in feet. Example: The 930840-006 cable is 6 feet long as a standard. It may be ordered as a 20-foot cable by specifying the cable as follows: 930840-020.
