For more than 29 years Management Training Systems, Inc. (MTS), under the leadership of Dr. Jan Northup, has offered a portfolio of solutions for private and public organizations with a focus on improving individual and organizational processes and performance. In today's changing economic climate many organizations have reduced or eliminated training or are looking for ways to deploy training with minimal cost. Having an instructor-led training can be expensive, with costs including instructor fees and travel related expenses. Additionally, instructor-led training isn't always as efficient as it needs to be, considering the logistics of planning and delivering on-site courses and the need for targeted participants to be away from their jobs at the same time.

MTS is proud to be able to provide organizations with the flexibility of a Learning Management System (LMS) featuring a combination of eLearning and virtual instructor-led curriculum to meet employee training and development needs. In order to provide a comprehensive catalog of both facilitator-led, virtual instructor-led and eLearning courses, MTS has teamed with SilkWeb Consulting & Development LLC, a firm specializing in custom eLearning course development.

eLearning courses offer flexibility to organizations with satellite offices by providing training without the expense of bringing everyone to one location. The outcome is a cost-effective method of providing training to larger numbers of employees in a shorter amount of time.

Our company’s LMS provides learning opportunities to those who may not have access to organizationally sponsored training and to those individuals who are looking for structured learning opportunities. Those who have found themselves seeking a new job or career can glean valuable information that could assist them in their job-seeking activities as they explore the courses’ content.

•SCORM compliance, which enables detailed reports that include time spent in training, assessment scores, course attempts and survey results.
