The heavy duty design of the Volcano Single Welder is perfect for portable welder who warrant a multiple process machine and depend on high welding and consistent auxiliary power. Built to fit on a truck or trailer, this unit provides performance on stick/lift start arc gouging at 100% duty cycle@500Amps with 20–500 Amp weld output while delivering a consistent 5.5 KVA auxiliary output. The auxiliary power is constant over the 20-500 Amp weld output range and is available to use as an AC generator unit. Standard features include: low oil pressure/high oil temperature shut down, infinite control over entire range, amperage/voltage control and hinged panel covers control.

The unique power alternator delivers a smooth weld output. Its brushless design increase efficiency, reducing maintenance and extending the life of the machine. Separated windings are used for welding and auxiliary power, offering the highest quality auxiliary power. The generator is powered by a rugged powerful,3-cylinders, diesel fuel , air-cooled Deutz German engine.
