The Record Navigator achieves both of these objectives in a fast, efficient, and visually rich manner. By directly retrieving database information from across your organization's environments, the Record Navigator serves as a central point of reference for administrators and application coordinators who have a need to visually inspect system data in its native format. Linking between networked records is as easy as double-clicking, and a complete list of links, contacts, pointers and navigation history is maintained for your users. Finally, security keys are provided to restrict access to PHI and restricted billing information to only authorized groups.

Rapid Search greatly extends your capabilities in querying and managing the vast content within an EMR system. A sequential constraint builder provides intuitive control over the logic in your search, and interim results are retrieved to help confirm you are on the right track. Once you are done, you may export your results to Excel, save them for use in other CyPace tools, generate rich reports, or store the settings to be scheduled as a job.

With the Cross-Environment Comparison Tool, this arduous task becomes a simple work-flow: Select your database, records, items and environments, and click Go. The results are color-coded to help with difference identification, and may be stored, exported to Excel, or saved for use in a scheduled Job.

Multi-Record Compare – Side-by-Side Data Comparison for Rapid Difference Discovery

The Multi-Record Compare tool operates within a single environment, allowing you to visually inspect up to 10 records side by side. To make this inspection easier, it conveniently color-codes the output and allows for custom filtering and other configurations.

Reporting and Charting – Professional Quality Custom and Packaged Reports

The Report and Charting tool interfaces with Rapid Search to allow for the creation of custom reports. In addition, visual charting capabilities are offered, but presently confined to packaged content.

Job Scheduler – Integrated Job Scheduling with an Outlook-like Interface

The CyPace Job Scheduler is currently compatible with all CyPace modules with a jobbed component. Future incarnations will include interfacing with your Batch Scheduler.
