Moonachie NJ – Due to the high demand for gluten free products, Star Ravioli has created a new gluten free cheese ravioli and gluten free gnocchi to help fill that demand. In the past, manufacturers have either ignored the need or found it too difficult to create a high quality great tasting gluten free product. “After years of trial and error and testing, Star Ravioli has solved those problems and created an all natural product that all pasta lovers can enjoy” said Vice President Rick Pisani.
Started in from a small storefront on Summit Avenue in Union City, NJ 1946, the Piretra family has been making high quality all natural pasta products for over 63 years. Star Ravioli makes and sells delicious cheese and meat ravioli, stuffed shells, manicotti, and cappelletti (tortellini). When the company started, Star Ravioli products were already popular with the "locals", and soon people were coming from far and wide to get some of their home made products. Today, Star is run by the third generation of the Piretra family - Larry's son Michael, daughter Eileen and son-in-law Rick - are all an integral part of Star Ravioli's current and continued success.

All Star Ravioli products are inspected daily by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and are HACCP regulated. This insures you the finest, purest, (and most delicious) products available. In addition to the Star Ravioli brand, Star also does private labeling.
