Suspended architecture that recalls the outline of the Guggenheim Museum in New York; this is the first impression of Le Soleil, Foscarini's new lamp designed by Vicente Garcia Jimenez. Its important volume is made lighter and enlivened by its asymmetric bands, which play a leading role in diffusing the beam of light.

Le Soleil Pedant Light made of polycarbonate, it is available in three colors: white, red, and aquamarine. The use of a material that does not reveal the light, helps to create the special luminous effect of Le Soleil, with beams of light projected upwards and direct illumination downwards.

The extremely diffused lighting created by the interplay of light and shade, is underlined by the color variations of Le Soleil. The colors strongly characterize the lamp and define its plastic form making a strong visual statement and furnishing both homes and contract spaces with expressive impact.

About the Designer
He was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1978. Graduated in Industrial Design at the faculty of Castellon de la Plana, he moved towards Barcelona where he collaborated with Santa and Cole. A great need of developing his formal and creative skills brings him in Milan, whence, after brief professional experiences, he moved towards Udine. There he set up his Studio, that collaborates with a lot of companies, developing lighting products, furniture and exhibitions' settings.
