An In-Process Inspection will help ensure that that your shipment will not be delayed with rework or missed production goals.

Why you may decide to invest in an In-Process Inspection:

- Inspecting raw materials and components to your criteria.
- Check any first article production samples;
- Assess the workforce capability;
- If you have goods that need to be completed by a certain date (want to avoid shipping delays);
- You need to ensure that the company follows and uses an agreed Quality Control/Assurance plan;
- The materials and components quality is important to have verified (possibly perform lab testing);
- Ensure the factory agreed upon is performing the production (not out-sourced to and inferior company);

We will send an inspector to the factory to represent your company’s interests by:

* Use the international standard sampling methods (MIL-STD-105E, ISO 2859-1, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003) and the international standards for AQL (Acceptable Quality Level);
* Audit the factory for capability to complete and ship order by contract date;
* Audit the packing process and materials;
* Compare all characteristics of in-process product to your company’s approved drawings, prototypes, samples, specifications, drawings or first articles;
* Inspect the quality of materials, components and semi-finished and finished products;
* Inspect any reworks or modifications;
* Provide recommendations for corrective action to assist in dealing with quality and production issues.
