At this early stage you need to be certain that the factory has the necessary facilities and materials, can fulfill the order within the deadline and meet your required quality level.

It is wise to perform a Pre-Production Inspection to assess the company's ability by:

- Determining if the company has the correct materials and work instructions,
- Will they implement and use a Quality Control/Assurance plan?
- Do they have the proper amount of machinery, workforce and materials to meet your deadline?
- Check any first article production samples,
- Assess the workforce capability,
- Ensure the factory agreed upon is performing the production (not out-sourced to and inferior company),
- Inspecting raw materials and components to your criteria

We will send an inspector to the factory to represent your company’s interests by:

* Use the international standard sampling methods (MIL-STD-105E, ISO 2859-1, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003) and the international standards for AQL (Acceptable Quality Level);
* Audit the factory for preparedness;
* Audit the factory for capability;
* Audit the factory's Quality Assurance/Quality Control system;
* Audit factory production line plans;
* Inspect any first articles or samples;
* Inspect all materials for quality and quantity;
* Assure that necessary equipment and machinery is ready and working and if required properly calibrated.
