Microfine filtration - here are physical, screen-like filter media in the unit which filter down to as small as 0.1 micron - this is small enough to remove visible particles and even disease bacteria, Giardia and larger parasites.

Molecular Sieving and Broad Spectrum Absorption mechanisms remove chlorine, lead and many organic chemicals such as pesticides, herbacides, solvents and foul tastes and bad odors.

The RS-1SG-RC filter cartridges is compatible with the Seagull® IV X-1, X-1F, X-1B, X-1D, & X-1P Systems. The RS-1SG-RC is interchangeable with the Seagull® IV RS-1SG (CA), or RS-1SGH filter cartridge.
