Series TYA is special for wide field of industries such as the electric power, petroleum chemical, metallurgical industry, mine, aviation, shipping and railway in order to purifying all kinds of lubricating oil such as the hydraulic oil, compressor oil, motor oil, gear oil, and heat treatment oil and so on. This machine can operate automatically (don't need the person when it is working). According to the lubricating oil's nature, this machine can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil, so guarantee lubricating system of machine to work properly and prolong lifetime of machine.


TYA series are the off line filtration and is a vacuum purifier. Systems are used for vacuum dehydration and degasification for hydraulic & lubricant oil in order to withdraw free and soluble water, gas as well as for removal of particulates


The system consists of pre-filter, coalescer filter (optional) , oil heater, vacuum pump, vacuum vessel and fine filter.


Principle of operation:

First of all, delivering oil into oil heater. Oil heating up to +55°C...-...+65°C is carried out by vacuum power. From oil heater through the pre-filter the oil moves to the vacuum vessel whereas dissolved water and gas in the oil under vacuum, vapor is drawn off by vacuum pump, from the vacuum vessel the dehydrated oil is drawn off by the pump through the fine filter.

The combination of coalescing separation and vacuum dewatering

Helps remove different kinds of impurities with high quality filter element for better ability of containing pollutants and long services life.



We use filter with β≥200 to remove particle contamination


Precise filtration system ,high-quality filter element ,multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil

It is humanization design with low noise, deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process


Online work, allowing separated operation done during system works .

An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance
